You can't make copies of any of the images for anyone, or sell them, give them away, etc. They have to come here and buy their own; just like you did. 

You can't use them for your trademark or service mark, because you don't own them. Nor can you mass reproduce them. 

No refunds can be given after the image has been emailed or the envelope containing the CD has been opened.

1. You may not make (or allow anyone else to make) any form of copy. The CD may not be copied in its entirety. 

2. You may not loan, rent, transfer or grant any rights to the image(s) contained hereon, or in any compilation, derivative or collective work. 

3. You may not post any image on the internet. These are places where the images can be downloaded by anyone who reads the post and the copyright information becomes lost. 

4. You may not include the image(s) in any other collection of any kind. This includes putting them together with other images and calling it your own collection. This is illegal. 

5. You may not use or permit the use of the image(s), or any part thereof, as a trademark or service mark, or claim any proprietary rights of any sort in the image(s) or any part thereof. 

6.  You can not mass produce any of the artwork on any type of material. Should you have the need to mass produce, you must contact us for legal permission as well as information on royalty fees we have. 
 

Copyright is a protection that covers published and unpublished literary, scientific and artistic works, whatever the form of expression, provided such works are fixed in a tangible or material form. This means that if you can see it, hear it and/or touch it - it may be protected. Copyright laws grant the creator the exclusive right to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform and display the work publicly. Exclusive means only the creator of such work, not anybody who has access to it and decides to grab it.
